Age Limit: 1-12 years old (Parental Supervision Required)

Recommended that only kids of the same age use the bounce house at the same time

 

Maximum weight capacity: 700 lbs (7-8 children)

All bounce houses are secured with sand bags

Standard power outlet is needed within 50 ft. of setup area. If power is over 50ft away from setup area, please let our team know.

Setup Area. This bounce house cannot be set up on gravel, mud, or sand under any circumstance. For safety reasons, we do not set up on rooftops, balconies, or on windy days (20mph+).

Sprinklers system must be turned off.

Pets must be put away.

Weather Conditions. Depending on the weather conditions, the entire setup may be required a covered/shaded area to protect the children and equipment from the sun. If a booking is canceled due to weather, the full deposit will be returned.

 

Please note that if any incorrect details are provided knowingly, your entire booking fee will be forfeited if access requirements are not met on the day.

Adult supervision is required at all times

No Shoes or Sandals

No Food, Drinks, or Sweets

No face paint, water play, or mess prone products (i.e glitter, slime, messy art, temporary tattoos, etc)

 

If these rules are not followed, you will forfeit your incidental deposit and may be subject to additional replacement costs.

Reservation. Secure your date with a 50% deposit. Final payment is made 24 hours prior to the event start date/time.

Incidental Deposit. There will be a $200 Incidental Deposit added to every rental. The deposit will be fully refunded 2-3 business days after the event only if the equipment is not dirty, stained, wet, or moved from the original setup area.

Cancellations. Cancellations must be made 7 business days prior to your event for a full refund unless canceled by Keiki Zone. Cancellations after 7 business days can be credited for a future reservation.
